CMC maintains an automated service management systems operating in all branch office (Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad). All customer support calls, on receipt are entered into the system and a ticket number is shared with the customer. Our support engineers get in touch with customer, note down the issue and try to resolve the problem remotely or by personal visit.
CMC customer support department is located in all major cities of Pakistan assisted by a team of resident engineers in small cities.
Being strategic alliance partners for various top of the line global brands and in order to provide our valued customers with prompt and trouble free warranty support, CMC maintains in-house setup for meeting customer’s warranty requirements throughout the warranty life cycle.
Warranty services are provided on 24 x 7 basis based on customer agreements. Parts demands are routed through our warranty claim department to respective OEM and on receipt of claimed parts, they are replaced in customer equipment and a test run is made to ensure that system is restored to normal. Bad parts recovered are returned to the respective OEM for closing the ticket.
